	NMDP - National Marrow Donor Program - Oracle^© Core Financial System Designed and developed for NMDP, this 7-unit course provided the NMDP accounting professionals with the knowledge and skills required to use their new Oracle^© financial system, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, procurement, expenses, grants, and fixed assets. The course is a hybrid of Articulate^® and Captivate^® functionality and features animated demonstrations, interactive simulations and performance-based testing. The course was created using PowerPoint, Articulate Presenter 9, Adobe Captivate 5, and HTML.

		NMDP - National Marrow Donor Program - Document Management Training Designed and developed for NMDP, this 10-lesson course provided the necessary knowledge and skills associated with the implementation of the organization's new Oracle^© document management system. The course is a hybrid of Articulate^® and Captivate^® functionality and features animated demonstrations, interactive simulations and performance-based testing. The course was created using PowerPoint, Articulate Presenter 9, Adobe Captivate 5, and HTML.

	Great Clips University - Franchisee Training Designed and developed for Great Clips, Inc., this 60-course online curriculum serves as the primary training and education for new Great Clips salon franchisees. The courses feature animated graphics, streaming audio and video, and interactive quizzes and exercises. The sixty courses were created using Articulate Presenter, Articulate Quizmaker, Articulate Engage, Articulate Video Encoder and PowerPoint. It is managed via the OnPoint Learning Management System.

		UnitedHealth Group - End-User Training Designed and developed for UnitedHealth Group, this three-part multimedia online course captures the live two-day instructor-led course for users of process modeling software. The course features Flash video synchronized with the PowerPoint slides that the instructor used in the classroom. It was created with Articulate Presenter, Articulate Quizmaker, Articulate Engage, Articulate Video Encoder and PowerPoint. It is managed via the LearnWell LMS.

	McAfee UTM Firewall End-User Training Designed and developed for McAfee, this 35-lesson online course provides McAfee customers with complete step-by-step instruction for users of the firewall product. Features include an interactive system simulator and lesson quizzes. It was created with Adobe Captivate 4, Articulate Presenter and PowerPoint.

		UnitedHealth Group - End-User Software Training Designed and developed for UnitedHealth Group, this four-part multimedia online course provides complete instruction for employees who process health insurance claims. Features include audio narration, an interactive system simulator, lesson quizzes, a final exam, and an online glossary of health insurance terminology. It was created with Articulate Presenter, Articulate Quizmaker, Articulate Engage, Adobe Captivate, and PowerPoint. It is managed via the LearnWell LMS.

	RMC Project Management -Professional Certification Designed and developed for RMC Project Management, this multimedia online course uses streaming audio and video, interactive exercises, student blogs, lesson quizzes and unlimited practice exams to provide learners with complete preparation for passing the PMP® certification exam. It was created with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Quizmaker, Flash video, HTML, JavaScript, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and TypePad blog software. It is managed via the OnPoint LMS.

		RMC Project Management - Professional Development Designed and developed for RMC Project Management, this online multimedia course provides an 8-hour crash course on project management fundamentals. It features streaming audio and video, lesson quizzes, student blogs, and downloadable job aids. It was created with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Quizmaker, Flash video, HTML, JavaScript, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and TypePad blog software. It is managed via the OnPoint LMS.

	Target Stores - End-User Software Training Designed and developed for Target Stores, this SCORM-compliant, online course provides new clinic employees with the necessary instruction for using the software that manages the Target clinic's patient appointment system. It features streaming audio and video, lesson quizzes, and an interactive Help system. It was created with Adobe Captivate and Photoshop. It is managed via Target Stores' intranet.

		Target Stores - Workflow Processes Designed and developed for Target Stores, this online course provides new pharmacy employees with an overview and in-depth understanding on each of the five workstations in the Target pharmacy operation. It features streaming audio and lesson quizzes. It was created with Adobe Captivate and Photoshop. It is managed via Target Stores' intranet.

	Target Stores - Scenario-based Training Designed and developed for Target Stores, this online course uses a scenario approach to teach new clinic employees how to make the right decisions when dealing with customers and the various situations they present. It features streaming audio and lesson quizzes. It was created with Adobe Captivate and Photoshop. It is managed via Target Stores' intranet.

		NVIDIA - Professional Development Designed and developed for NVIDIA, this online course provides an 8-hour course on the use of the 360 Assessment as a professional development tool. It features lesson quizzes and downloadable job aids. It was created with Toolbook 9.0.

	Braun-Intertec - Technical Training Designed and developed for Braun-Intertec, this online course provides an 8-hour course on Soil Testing fundamentals and preparation for industry certification. It features streaming audio and video, lesson quizzes, a final exam, student blogs, and downloadable job aids. It was created with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop and Articulate Quizmaker.

		Best Buy - Technical Sales Training Designed and developed for Best Buy to train store employees on the features, benefits, and technologies of flat panel TVs. The SCORM-compliant course provides Best Buy sales associates with the answers and explanations to common customer questions that will aid the sales associate in helping the customer select the TV that best meets their needs. It includes a final exam. It was created with FrontPage, Flash, JavaScript, and Photoshop and is managed via the Saba LMS.

The SCORM-compliant course explains and demonstrates step-by-step procedures that need to be performed. It includes a final exam. It was created with FrontPage, Camtasia, Flash, JavaScript, and Photoshop. It is managed via the Saba LMS.

		Neumann Homes - Employee Education Designed and developed for Neumann Homes, Inc. to train employees and partners in the purpose and application of the agreements associated with their home building business. The SCORM-compliant course provides the knowledge and application of these agreements via interactive and narrated lessons. Features include student data collection, bookmarking, pre-course assessment, audio narration, EPSS, post assessment, manager's on-the-job evaluations, and graduation certificate. It was created with Dreamweaver with Course Builder, Java, JavaScript, RealProducer (audio), and Photoshop.

	Fond du Lac College - Distance Learning Designed and developed for Fond du Lac College to provide students with a background on the types of crime being committed with the use of computer and Internet technology and the efforts required to combat this trend. Features include student data collection, streaming video, interactive quizzes, bookmarking, online chat, discussion groups, instructor e-mail, personalized notebook, and document libraries. It was created with Dreamweaver with Course Builder, Java, JavaScript, RealProducer (video), and Photoshop.

		First Service Networks - Workflow Processes Designed and developed to train service contractors on the process and procedures associated with First Service Networks' FUSION Technology facilities maintenance service call management system. The 15-lesson course teaches the tasks required of the service contractor which include wireless web phone and computer operations. The course includes an animated overview of the process, step-by-step demonstrations, interactive exercises on software and cell phone simulators, "show me" screen action movies and end-of-lesson quizzes. It was created with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, GIF Animator, and Camtasia. The course is offered through First Service Networks' Online Learning Center.

	Sterling Software - End-User Software Training Designed and developed for Sterling Software to educate customers on the new business intelligence portal, EUREKA:Portal. This 20-minute web-based tutorial was built with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, GIF Animator and Lotus ScreenCam and requires the use of the Lotus StreamCam browser plug-in. The tutorial is offered through the learning portal Sterling University.

		Information Advantage - New-Hire Orientation / Sales Presentation Designed and developed for Information Advantage to educate new employees on the company's products and technologies. Presented by the company's CEO, the 35 minute presentation uses streaming video clips and accompanying graphics, indexed by topic. The program was constructed with HTML, Photoshop and RealProducer Pro and requires the use of the RealPlayer Basic 7 streaming video browser plug-in. The tutorial is offered through Sterling Software's intranet-based employee learning portal - INet.

	Supervalu Stores - End-User Software Training One of over 300 lessons designed and developed for Supervalu to train hundreds of employees for Phase 1 implementation of their new supply chain enterprise suite from Armature. Features include mouse-over glossary, interactive screen simulations, and multiple-choice quizzes. Delivered via Supervalu's EA Online Learning Center, the lessons were developed by a team of 8 instructional designers, then constructed by me with HTML, JavaScript and Photoshop. No players or plug-ins are required.

		BICSI - Industry Standards Education Designed and developed for BICSI (a telecommunications association) to educate member companies on the ANSI/TIA/EIA 570-A Residential Cabling Standard. This 7-lesson web-based course was constructed with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop and GIF Animator. No players or plug-ins are required. The course is offered through BICSI's Virtual Campus.

	Applied Learning Systems - Technology Education Designed and developed for Applied Learning Systems (MasteryPOINT), a leading provider of technology education for the telecommunications industry. The "Basic Telecommunications" CBT features animations, interactive quizzes, glossary and certification exam. It was built with Authorware and Photoshop and is distributed on CD-ROM for both Windows and Mac users.

		Applied Learning Systems - Technology Education Designed and developed for Applied Learning Systems (MasteryPOINT), a leading provider of technology education for the telecommunications industry. The "CTI Essentials" CBT features animations, interactive quizzes, glossary and certification exam. It was built with Authorware and Photoshop and is distributed on CD-ROM for both Windows and Mac users.

	Net Perceptions - End-User Software Training Designed and developed for Net Perceptions to train customers on their web personalization software product, The Personalization Network. The web-based tutorial and software simulator is linked to, and invoked from, the application software. It was built with HTML, JavaScript and Photoshop.

		SmithKline Beecham - Business Process Education Designed and developed for SmithKline Beecham to train employees on the pharmaceutical industry methodologies and practices for bringing a new product to market. The 6-unit, 45-lesson web-based tutorial features video, audio, animation, and interactive exercises. It was built with Photoshop and Authorware Attain and requires the use of the Macromedia Web Player browser plug-in.

	Training Portals
		My Online Learning Center Designed as a quick and inexpensive solution for hosting online learning. This easily customized portal template contains the most frequently requested features such as an encrypted security system, easy-to-use member management, individualized curriculum plans, classroom training schedule, online courses and assessments, streaming media and document libraries, discussion groups, online chat, personal notebook, e-commerce bookstore, and personal calendar of events. The portal was created with HTML, Java, JavaScript, Photoshop, RealProducer and Camtasia.

	First Service Networks Online Learning Center Designed and developed for First Service Networks to provide just-in-time education and training for their employees, customers, and service contractors throughout the country. The Online Learning Center features the training calendar and course descriptions, online enrollment, asynchronous courses, online assessments, document library, "Show Me" streaming movies, online chat, whiteboard, and file sharing capabilities. The portal was created with HTML, JavaScript, Java, Photoshop, Camtasia, and NetMeeting.

		BICSI Virtual Campus Designed and developed for BICSI (a telecommunications association) to provide just-in-time education, training and information for their member companies throughout the world. The learning portal features online enrollment, interactive courses, online assessments and other resources relevant to the telecommunications industry. The portal was created with HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, and GIF Animator.

	Sterling University Designed and developed for Sterling Software to provide just-in-time education, training and information for their customers throughout the world. The learning portal features online enrollment, individualized curricula, asynchronous courses, progress tracking, a calendar of classroom sessions, online assessments, and a library of streaming videos. The portal was created with HTML, JavaScript, Authorware Attain, Photoshop, and RealProducer, and requires the use of the Macromedia Web Player and RealNetworks G2 browser plug-ins.

		EA Online Learning Center Designed and developed for Supervalu to provide just-in-time business process education and application software training for their employees involved with the Phase 1 implementation of Supervalu's new supply chain suite. The platform resides on the company intranet and features job-specific lessons, a task-specific EPSS, an FAQ section and a search engine. It was created with HTML, JavaScript and Photoshop and requires no players or plug-ins.
